Part A: What's Your Why?

Why  We believe in empowering students to achieve personal and academic growth through daily goal setting.

How  We create a supportive environment that encourages students to set and track SMART goals, fostering intrinsic motivation and resilience.

What  We provide tools and guidance to help students set, achieve, and reflect on their daily goals, promoting long-term success and a growth mindset.

Part B: What's Your Why Reflection

We believe in empowering students to achieve personal and academic growth through daily goal setting. By creating a supportive environment that encourages students to set and track SMART goals, we foster intrinsic motivation and resilience (Horn & Staker, 2014). We provide tools and guidance to help students set, achieve, and reflect on their daily goals, promoting long-term success and a growth mindset. Every day we delay implementing this program, our students miss out on crucial opportunities to develop the skills needed for long-term success. Immediate action is essential to prevent disengagement and lower academic performance, ensuring our students thrive in an increasingly competitive and digitally connected world (Kaplan, 2012).
